Time, Cost and Quality
Time, Cost and Quality are often portrayed as three points on a triangle. Try to choose the main aspect that is the most important to you because it can be hard to achieve all three at once. Two out of three is usually the best than can be achieved, for example:-
- A fast track, high quality project will be more expensive
- A high quality project done on a limited budget will usually take much longer
- A project with a limited budget done very quickly may affect quality
Having chosen the two most important factors, the risk associated with the third factor inevitably increases.
